Teleboon, the Boon Edam Teleservice system that remotely monitors your door

Boon Edam has developed a new service called Teleboon, which remotely monitors revolving doors after the installation and commissioning of your door. This Teleservice system transmits data, fully automatically, to a Boon Edam secured website, that provides our service teams with detailed status reports.

How does it work?

The control unit of the revolving door is equipped with a wireless communication module, called Service Collector. As a standard daily procedure this Service Collector sends all input, output and events data of the Microprocessor control unit collected over a period of 24-hours to the Teleboon website. All data is transmitted via the wireless network to the Boon Edam secured website. Your local Boon Edam service company has access to this website in order to monitor your revolving door.
